Arncliffe to Tempe Signalling Upgrade

The program is designed to simplify and modernise the rail network. Passengers will be able to access more services on a simpler and more reliable network through the delivery of better infrastructure, new trains and extra services.

Project scope

The project scope installation of the following infrastructure: 

  • signals for train drivers (similar to traffic lights)
  • speed signs
  • cables and cable support (such as containments designed to safely hold and protect cables) 
  • other signalling equipment.
